Eligibility for Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll work with you to correct the mistake as quickly as possible.
Non-Refundable Items

Personalized or Customized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for personalized or customized items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Digital Products: Digital products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
